    Our minimal and maximum range of accommodating guests come with zero limitations; we are capable of servicing 500+ guests without any difficulties and readily serve a small number of 2 with delight.

    We do not not offer fixed packages for events as many external factors contribute to the final decorations and sum of the event (Such as overall event design, floral requirements, choice of resort and more). We design custom events that are planned and produced specially for you.

    We have no problem assisting you with fitting your decoration into a reasonable budget; our planners are well versed in accommodating such queries through meticulous discussions and attention to logistics.     Items in our inventory are available for rent which includes-but is not limited to-arch structures, LED candles, event chairs and many more. Should you inquire about our rental items, you will be provided with our Available Inventory Catalog that details all rental items from our event reserves.

    All our compulsory additional charges will be detailed in the quotation you will be receiving once event design is appropriately communicated, which will clearly outline each additional component of a compulsory fee. The general fees that are stated will include government required 8% and 10% service charge. All other additional fees are imposed based on personal requests and their entangled logistics.

    Our services can be booked as far as 2-5 years in advance and our coordinators will see the event through from beginning to end regardless of how far away the date is. However, a minimal time frame of at least 1 month is required prior to booking our services for an event.

    Once you send us an inquiry, after logging in the data to our event calendar, communication will begin with your assigned coordinator who will assist you with any queries you may have, from event design and logistical complications to financial planning and total calculation. Once the event has been finalized with a half payment deposit, the production and implementation strategies are begun which your planner will assist you with from beginning to end.

    We have partnerships with many resorts across the country and our associated resort partners through floral supply is a long growing list. Having solidified relationships with vendors and resorts all across the Maldives through our years of event management, we are second to none when it comes to the extent of our reach and the scope of our connections, if not the most accomplished.

    Due to the Maldives being a 100% muslim country, there are a couple limitations surrounding this fact that are dependent on varying factors. As the planning proceeds, you will be made aware of any such related restrictions that challenges your event. Additionally, due to the deep sea forming 99.6% of our country. Transportation via seaplane or speedboat is required to travel from one island to the other after arriving at our main airport “Velana International Airport”, which may also prove to be a difficulty for few. There is also our peak season for events during December’s festivities which assumes a large portion of our time and services. Pre-booking months in advance is required to request our services within this period.
